Ruptures in theatrical discourse, as in any historical process, result from multiple social variables. The emergence of new and different mentalities and individual movements transubjectively reconfigures new and differentiated places in the scene, incorporating new aesthetic or symbolic meanings.
A set of theoretical sessions organized by Modules aims to frame the experiential perspectives of different historical periods of Theater in the West, through practical and aesthetic modalities. The influence of creators, movements and playwrights determined disruptive movements in theater spaces and transformed the spectator’s view of real life through the scene.
