Tu Cá Tu Lá com a História do Teatro is an initiative that aims to promote dialogue on aspects of the history and/or historiography of the performing arts, between people from both academic and artistic backgrounds. The sessions take place in person, and are later released through a podcast. The informal nature that the very title of the initiative implies does not exclude the existence of a model, albeit quite flexible, for organizing face-to-face sessions: the topic is introduced by a guest speaker; then an invited moderator will dialogue with the guest speaker; finally, before finishing, the debate will be extended to the audience. The audio content will later be edited with a view to improving the sound quality of the recording, focusing on the first two moments of the face-to-face sessions. The podcast aims to keep the memory of what happened and make the initiative accessible to a wider audience.
