Following up on the new discussion areas created at the International Conference, “The Theatre of Fernando Pessoa: prose, verse and hypertext”, organized on 21st June 2018 by CET, Pessoa Plural published their issue nº 14, which includes the conference papers. Readers will find articles on Fernando Pessoa’s static theatre, the dialogue between his work and other movements, such as Russian modernism and French symbolism, as well as the relationships with and influences of other authors, such as Goethe, Marlowe and Shakespeare. This issue, “a New Act in Pessoan Theatre”, ends with a critical revision of Static Theatre, edited by Filipa Freitas and Patricio Ferrari, published by Tinta-da-China last year.
