A Beethoven mask, found by chance in a street market, will change Cristina’s life, as well as the lives of her 3 friends who live with her in a senior residence. The mask of one of the greatest composers in history, triggers through the “music that each of the characters seems to listen to” an initiatory journey, taking them to the confrontation with dimensions, emotions and events of their own lives. An emotional text that, without ever losing its forcefulness, combines depth and humor, also confronting us with this increasingly contemporary inability to listen to the signs of the world, of others and of ourselves, submerged as we are in a growing sense of vertigo.
