Launch of Issue 4, Series 3, of Sinais de Cena: Performing Arts and Theatre Studies Journal, dedicated to Performance, Ecology and the End of the World

Sinais de Cena: Performing Arts and Theatre Studies Journal, issue 4 of series III, is dedicated to the theme ‘Performance, Ecology and the End of the World’, coordinated by Gustavo Vicente.
As well as a number of essays on the performing arts, this issue features an interview with Portuguese choreographer and playwright Lígia Soares and a portfolio dedicated to Estelle Valente.
This issue also contains the sections Passos em Volta, dedicated to theatre criticism, and Leituras, covering theatre texts. In this edition, the Leituras section is entirely dedicated to Luiz Francisco Rebello, a central figure in the Portuguese theatre scene and of special significance to Sinais de Cena.
The presentation and launch of Sinais de Cena will include interventions by Marta Brites Rosa, Emília Costa, Teresa Faria, Gustavo Vicente and Estelle Valente.
