In the seventh episode of the second season of Tu Cá Tu Lá, Gustavo Vicente discusses the relationship between the PREC and performance art, focusing on the exhibition “Perspectiva 74,” held in Porto and promoted by Jaime Isidoro and Egídio Álvaro, as well as the International Art Meetings, which took place in Valadares (1974), Viana do Castelo (1975), Póvoa do Varzim (1976), and Caldas da Rainha (1977).
In these contexts, it was possible to bring together national and international artists, directly engaging the public through artistic practices that fostered critical reflection on art and revolution.
